Please allow 7–14 working days for your order to be prepared before it is shipped.

During busy periods, launches, sales or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer. We will always do our best to keep you updated.

Delivery

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information where applicable.

Delivery times may vary depending on the delivery service and your location. Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier, incorrect delivery information provided by the customer, adverse weather conditions, strikes or other circumstances outside of our control.

Delivery Address

Please make sure your delivery address is correct before completing your order.

Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot guarantee that the delivery address can be changed.

We cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address where the incorrect information was provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us so we can assist you.

Once an order has been dispatched, responsibility for delivery is shared with the courier. We will assist with any delivery issues where possible, but we cannot be responsible for delays outside of our control.

If a parcel is confirmed as lost by the courier, we will work with you to resolve the issue.

International Shipping
